The Pre-Expo Symposium is open to NWFA members and Certified Professionals. Symposium offers one CCU and will focus on science as it relates to the wood flooring industry. Symposium includes three two-hour-long sessions in two concurrent tracks. Lunch will be provided.

New in 2017, the NWFA provided the Hardwood Forest Foundation the opportunity to hold a special fundraising event. Your participation in the Foundation's golf tournament helps support forestry education. For more information, please contact Crystal Oldham at 901.507.0312.

NWFA Membership Required

NWFA welcomes all individuals involved in the flooring industry to NWFA Expo 2017. NWFA requires all attendees to support the organization through its membership. NWFA's membership is a company membership, not individual. To attend NWFA Expo 2017, please complete the online membership application and pay the $425 membership fee. Once it has processed, you will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you are ensured to receive the NWFA Expo member business type rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2018.



Important note regarding pricing:

Early online registration will close at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, April 7, 2017. The early registration pricing referenced above will only be valid when online registration is open. The Onsite Registration Desk will open on Tuesday, April 11 at 7:00 a.m. at the Phoenix Convention Center | 3rd Floor North Building. 

Refund policy:

  • If you cancel by Friday, March 17, 2017, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 25% administrative fee from each individual cancellation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to nwfa@experient-inc.com.
  • No refunds will be issued after Friday, March 17, 2017.
