Stanza Machinery provides industrial finishing equipment and technical services for the wood and flooring industry. The STM Series Finish Systems and Wire Brush Machinery are designed to Roll Coat and Spray Finish a full range of traditional flooring oils, stains, re-actives, lyes, dyes and 100% solids UV coatings. The system accommodates floor widths up to 52” in both flat and hand scraped. We additionally offer a 12” width model for lab applications and sample work.

STM lines are affordable, compact, and require low amperage to operate. They offer the ability to utilize the latest “green” finishes and produce designer looks in-house. We configure the system to your choices in pre-finish coatings.

  • Simple Spray 300
    Stanza Linear Sprayers are the perfect and cost effective way to spray reactives, stains, paints, and lacquers. A full range of spray gun options are available to run efficient and maximum production....

    • Stanza STS Linear Sprayers are ideal for spraying flooring, profiles, trim, and stair parts in a controlled cabin at high speeds and effective at containing and minimizing coating consumption. They are capable of utilizing both waterborne and solvent based coatings including stains, paints, reactives, and lacquers.

    Spray guns are automatically timed for the start and stop of the spray cycle to ensure best spray efficiency. The overspray is captured by the 1-3 spray troughs and can be recovered while atomized spray is captured by fiberglass media and clean air is exhausted out the spray cabin.

    The STS series can be fitted with spray gun packages to include conventional, air assisted airless, and airless to suit your requirements. Sprayers can be combined with a wide range of sanders and drying ovens.

    Options include Teflon coating of the interior panels, stainless steel interior, spray booth coating, stainless filter housing, variety of pump and gun packages.

    Stanza 3 Gun Sprayers are designed and manufactured in our Charlotte, NC facility.
