Arboritec™ UVElite is a 1-component, UV-curable, waterborne finish for wood and parquet floors. Designed for areas of heavy traffic. The durability is higher than most other conventional 2-component waterborne PU finishes. UVElite is exceptionally durable to scratches, heel marks and ordinary household chemicals. The finish is fortified with ceramic thanks to our unique Small Particle Technology. Adding ceramic particles to product results in 30% less petro-chemical raw materials used hence makes UVElite up to 30% more enviornmentally friendly than the competition. UVElite has passed very strict air quality tests and regulations, making UVElite one of the most enviornmentally responsible finishes on the market.
UVElite can quickly restore the factory-applied finisih on resilient floors. Building owners report increased floor longevity and reduced maintenance costs. There is no need for frequent scrubbing of the floor or use of strong cleaning agents. A recent study at St. Catherin's School in Sweden concluded that their PVC floor absorbed 50% less dirt and was 80% easier to clean than conventional, temporary solutions like polish and wax.
As soon as UVElite is cured with a portable UVlight, the floor is ready for high traffic, minimizing early use damage.
A wise choice for busy commercial job sites and active households with a variety of flooring surfaces. UElite can be used both on hardwood and resilient floors to provide unrivaled durability, protection and ease of maintenance.
Ceramic Silica is one of the most durable, abundant minerals in the Earth's crust. Our ceramic fortification process allow us to create better, stronger and more durable finishes. Arboritec finishes penetrate deeper into the floor and are chemically bonded to the surface, enhancing the adhesion, strength and scratch resistance.
