  • Red Oak Rift Only
    Red Oak rift only is a great alternative to White Oak....

    • Red oak rift only is a great alternative to White Oak.  It's less expensive and easier to get the wider plank rift sawn.    The medullary rays, which show the quarter sawn figure, are smaller in red oak than white oak so it is easier to accumulate rift in red oak.   

    Red Oak takes stain well so if you don't want the red tones you can stain it darker brown or white!  

  • Red Oak R&Q Natural Grade
    This is becoming one of our most popular floors....

    •  Great for new builds & renovations as many homes already have red oak in the house.  Using the Rift & Quarter Sawn cut is a great way to update the style of the home without having to replace the red oak stair treads!  (unless you want to!)  

    It's a great cost-saving compared to R&Q White Oak.   The natural grade is a #2 Com and better.  You have a lot of boards with mineral and small knots so if you add a dark stain it creates a fairly clean floor at a great price.  

  • White Oak Live Sawn Herringbone
    An Allegheny Classic! Beautiful characteristics in a timeless style!...

    • Our white oak live sawn will have a mix of plain sawn grain and rift and quarter sawn grain along with the natural characteristics of the wood.   Using this material, often as wider plank herringbones, creates a less formal and stunningly beautiful herringbone floor.
