Expo housing will open in February 2021!
NWFA has negotiated a number of reduced-rate hotel rooms within walking distance from the Baltimore Convention Center. Room cost per night range from $176-$209 (single/double), plus tax. Accommodations will be reserved using the Expo registration and housing system. Expo registration is required prior to reserving your accommodations and the Expo hotel room block will close at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, April 2. A hotel list will be available to view within the registration system.
Beware of unauthorized hotel solicitations
Maritz Global Events is the Official Registration and Housing Provider for NWFA 2021 Annual Expo. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to NWFA or Maritz Global Events. EXPO HOUSING WILL OPEN IN FEBRUARY 2021 AND YOU WILL ACCESS THROUGH THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM.
Hotel cancellation policy:
Cancellations received after March 17, 2021 will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by web or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before the deadline will not be charged the cancellation fee.
You must contact the hotel directly, within 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. A one night deposit per room reservation will be charged by the hotel on or after April 5, 2020.
