Expo housing is now closed. If you have booked a hotel room through the Expo registration process, please reach out to the hotel directly starting on March 29, 2022 to make any changes to your reservations. For a list of hotel contact information, please click here.

 

Beware of unauthorized hotel solicitations

 

Maritz Global Events is the Official Registration and Housing Provider for NWFA 2022 Annual Expo. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to NWFA or Maritz Global Events. EXPO HOUSING IS NOW CLOSED.  

 

Hotel cancellation policy:

Cancellations received after March 1, 2022 will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by web or by email at nwfa@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not be charged the cancellation fee.

You must contact the hotel directly, within 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. A one night deposit per room reservation will be charged by the hotel on or after March 25, 2022.
