Non NWFA Members

NWFA's membership is a company membership, not individual. To attend NWFA Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the $475 membership fee. Once it has processed, you will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you are ensured to receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2023.

Expo Registration Cancellation Policy

A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each individual cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by March 22,2022.

No refunds will be issued after March 22, 2022.


Expo Housing Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after March 1, 2022 will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by web or by email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not be charged the cancellation fee. You must contact the hotel directly, within 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. A one night deposit per room reservation will be charged by the hotel on or after March 25, 2022.
