Non NWFA Members
NWFA's membership is a company membership, not individual. To attend NWFA Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the $475 membership fee. Once it has processed, you will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you are ensured to receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2023. This offer applies only to new members and not membership renewals.

Expo Registration Cancellation Policy
A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each individual cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by March 22,2022.
No refunds will be issued after March 22, 2022.
Expo Housing Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after March 1, 2022 will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by web or by email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not be charged the cancellation fee. You must contact the hotel directly, within 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. A one night deposit per room reservation will be charged by the hotel on or after March 25, 2022.

Entry period has now closed. Register to attend the NWFA's 2022 Wood Flooring Expo by Friday, March 4, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. CDT, and you will be entered into a drawing for a future all-expenses paid trip to Germany courtesy of NWFA Expo sponsor, Lägler.
The value of the trip is ~$5,000, and includes:
- Round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare* to Frankfurt (*travel to/from Chicago not included)
- Four nights hotel accommodations
- Two days of sight-seeing
- Two days of training at Lägler’s Headquarters in Fraeuenzimmern
