NWFA reserves the right to consider an Exhibitor's downsizing of booth space as a cancellation of original space and purchase of new booth space. Accordingly, the Exhibitor may be required to move to a new location after requesting downsized space.
Booth cancellations received by October 15, 2021 will receive 50% of their original exhibit fee. After October 15, 2021, no refunds will be given. No refunds will be given for booths reserved after October 15, 2021. Please send written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration Refund Policy
A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each individual registration cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to email@example.com by March 22, 2022. No registration refunds will be issued after March 22, 2022.
