Online registration ends Monday, May 1st at 9 pm CT. On-site registration opens Tuesday, May 2nd at 7:00 am CT in the first-floor lobby of the Wisconsin Center. The Wisconsin Center is located at 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53203.

Non NWFA Members

NWFA's membership is a company membership, not individual. To attend NWFA Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the $499 membership fee. Once it has processed, you will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you are ensured to receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2024. This offer applies only to new members and not membership renewals.

Expo Registration Cancellation Policy

A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each individual cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by April 4, 2023.

No refunds will be issued after April 4, 2023.

Expo Housing Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after March 21, 2023 will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by web or by email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not be charged the cancellation fee. You must contact the hotel directly, within 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. A one night deposit per room reservation will be charged by the hotel on or after April 7, 2023.

The value of the trip is ~$5,000, and includes:

  • Round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare* to Frankfurt (*travel to/from Chicago not included)
