  • Marinus Powermax Defect Saw and End Matcher
The ONE machine that cuts out defects, cuts to length, and endmatches....

  • The Marinus Powermax All-in-One Defect Saw and End Matcher is a high production endmatcher that can be used for several purposes varying from hardwood/softwood tongue and groove flooring to wall and ceiling paneling.  Its unique design allows for both processes to be carried out in one machine which increases throughput with a reduced footprint.  Defecting, cutting to length and endmatching in 1 machine.

Why the Marinus Powermax All-in-One Defect Saw and End Matcher?

    Unmatched prosecution capacity:
One of the unique features of the Powermax Endmatcher is its production speed. The standard model of the Powermax Endmatcher can produce up to 24 boards per minute!  The Powermax Endmatcher is thus the fastest Defecting & End Matching machine in the market using the flexible ‘Through-feed’ method.

What makes the Powermax so fast?
Due to high-speed milling motors of 12,000 rpm in combination with our own special custom-built tools and servo steered feeding, we can offer optimised milling conditions for almost every thinkable situation.

Both saw cuts, by infeed and outfeed, are equipped with and supported by a reliable and accurate servo technique. This gives the opportunity to make very fast cuts when high capacity is required. For higher quality jobs and/or critical wood species, speed can be easily decreased for the best result.

What makes the Powermax so unique?
Defecting & Endmatching in one Compact Through-Feed machine line.

The Powermax Endmatcher is quite unique because of its compactness and combination of production methods. The Through-Feed based machine combines Crayon-mark plank defecting with precise milling endmatching methods. This combination allows you to produce quickly and efficiently with use of one machine.

    Key Advantages:

    • Defecting and end matching all one machine increases productivity with reduced footprint
    • High capacity throughfeed design with up to 24 boards/min
    • 12000 RPM servo controlled milling cutterheads for superior production and finish results
    • Servo controlled cut off saws for superior cutting speeds
    • User friendly touch screen interface
    • High profile accuracy by use of precision linear guides
    • Absolute squareness due to firm side pressure clamps
    • No Splintering/Blowouts!
    • Unique carbide profile tools for high quality Tongue & Groove production
    • Advanced servo drive & control technique by Lenze
    • Defect crayon mark identification
    • Belt conveyor with drive motor for waste
    • CE safety and electrical to UL/CSA standards
  • Leadermac Speedmac Series Moulders
Heavy-duty jointed moulder for high speed production of finished mouldings and planed lumber....

  • The Leadermac Speedmac Moulder Series has been designed very heavily to run at high speeds, with a range of options to meet your particular needs.  The Speedmac moulder is available with profile and straight jointers and feed speeds up to 400 fpm to produce an excellent finish. The feed system is designed to handle rough or pre-sized material, and built to run in demanding multiple shift operations for maximum uptime

    Key Advantages:

    • Heavy-duty cast iron, or fabricated steel frame provides superior vibration damping which produces superiorly finished parts and promotes long bearing & machine life
    • Tightly coupled machine ensures smooth and consistent feeding to assist in producing high quality finish
    • All tables and fences hard chromed with approximately 0.012”-0014” thick hard chrome which ensures maximum longevity
    • Comes with more top driven and bottom full width driven feed rolls than other moulders of its size
    • Bottom bed rolls can be adjusted up and down with a simple adjustment from the front of the machine.
    • 6000, 7200 or 8000 rpm spindles each with (4) ABEC 7 precision bearings per spindle which provides smooth surface finish results
    • Larger cutterhead swing allows for deeper and more complex profiles.
    • Pneumatic side holdover provides consistent side pressure to the fence
    • Pneumatic hold down pressure to all top feed rolls provides consistent and repeatable pressure
    • Pneumatic chip breakers ensuring consistent pressure
    • Full width driven infeed & outfeed bed rolls
    • Machine comes standard with Easyset touch screen control setworks (other setworks systems available to increase automation)
    • Set up controls mounted on pendant with 12’ cord to allow operator to carry in front of machine during setup.
    • Axial adjustment of last bottom head from front of machine
    • Heavy duty pneumatic, automatic and programmable table lubrication system
    • Centralized grease lubrication system
    • Safety sound enclosure is standard
    • Pneumatic pressure to chip breakers, holdovers, and top feed rolls
  • Stenner MHS Series Multi-Head Horizontal Resaws
World leading solution for accurate, high yield, volume production....

  • The Stenner MHS Series Multi-Head Horizontal Resaws are ideal for cutting fencing, pallet material, and thin boards, as well as slab recovering and precision resawing of timber. With a thinner kerf and requiring less electrical power than a circular saw multirip, the MHS Series offers productivity and economy; while modular design allows each installation to be tailored to specific requirements, including the number of heads and options such as angle cutting (ie feather-edge boards) and automatic timber return.

    Key Advantages:

    Key performance data

    • Available in three models – MHS 9 (pulley diameter 915mm / 36″), MHS 10 (1050mm / 42″) and MHS 12 (1220mm / 48″)
    • Maximum timber width (depending on model and configuration) – 305mm or 450mm
    • Variable feed speeds – from 7.5-30m/min to 15-60m/min (25 – 100 FPM to 50 – 200 FPM)

    Sawguides
Low friction pressure sawguides of either a disposable or remachinable design provide the excellent blade stability required for accurate cutting.

    Sawblade & Pulley cleaning
These machines are fitted with a drip feed cleaning system to lubricate the felt pads. In tandem with scrapers fitted to the pulleys, the felt pads ensure the cleanliness of both the pulleys and the sawblade.

    Saw straining
Strain is applied to the sawblade by a pneumatic cylinder, which applies pressure via a linkage when the lever is operated. For safety purposes a low pressure switch is incorporated, which automatically removes power to the main drive motor power (so the machine stops running) if pressure drops to an unsatisfactory level.
