2025 NWFA Expo Call for Speaker Proposals
The National Wood Flooring Association Wood Flooring Expo is the largest trade show anywhere dedicated exclusively to wood flooring. This event brings together manufacturers, distributors, inspectors, and contractors to network and elevate the industry. With an event theme of "Go the Distance,” the Expo is focused on providing quality educational experiences that promote forward-thinking initiatives, supply information on the latest technology in the field, and deliver engaging demonstrations.
NWFA is seeking proposals for the 2025 Expo Education sessions. NWFA is searching for dynamic speakers with a passion for advancing the knowledge and drive of those in the industry. Preferably, sessions should relate to the Expo theme of "Go the Distance.” Submissions must be received by 8/1/24 to be considered.
Session Information:
- Length - 45 minutes
- Formats - Speaker, Panel, Demonstration, Roundtable Discussion
Speaker Benefits:

Speaker Responsibilities:
- Provide own transportation to and from event
- Provide own lodging and travel expenses
- Sign and return the speaker agreement by 8/15/24
- Provide NWFA with all speaker and presentation materials by 10/23/24
Evaluation Process:
- Submissions must be received by 8/1/24
- Submissions will be evaluated by NWFA staff and committees and notified of acceptance by 8/15/24
