AGAIN IN 2026!  NWFA Staff will add your company logo to an Expo Beanie.  As the sponsor, you will have the opportunity to distribute the item from your booth or have NWFA staff distribute it at the Registration Desk.  This item will be distributed to attendees only, and the sponsor can choose business type (contractors, inspectors, retailers, manufacturers, etc).

Cost: $6,000 - 15,000++, depending on the number of beanies hats ordered.

The sponsor will receive recognition on the hat and the ticket

Create activity at your booth by providing a trade show attendee prize worth $500 and become a Sponsor.  Below are the requirements and instructions.

• Exhibitor prize should have a retail value of $500 or more.
• NWFA will list your company name, prize and booth number on the Mobile App and onsite signage at entrance.
• Exhibitor can also promote this item within the interactive floorplan under "Show Special" for added promotion
• Exhibitor is responsible for prize bowl and entry tickets
• Exhibitor is responsible for contacting winner and providing item personally or cover shipping cost no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23. 
• Post-Expo - NWFA will share sponsor and winner in Expo recap email to NWFA members.

Multiple sponsorships available 

Sponsor logo will be placed on the attendee drawstring sports bag that will be distributed to all attendees at the Registration Desk.  NWFA will purchase drawstring sports bag and have sponsor approve logo placement.

Add your company's logo to the left sleeve of the Expo t-shirt.  Great exposure - all Expo attendees receive a t-shirt with their registration.  The sponsor cannot be a direct competitor right sleeve sponsor.  

Sheoga Hardwood Flooring is the right sleeve sponsor in 2026.  

Sponsored Wi-Fi provides attendees use throughout the exhibit hall, meeting and public space. Sponsor may customize the password (8 characters) needed to access complimentary Wi-Fi.

Co-sponsorship option 

Want some recognition all year?  Join NWFA supporters by adding your company name (small font) to the Expo attendee t-shirt.  Your company will be listed as an Expo t-shirt sponsor, and you will qualify as an Expo Friend Sponsor.  

Does your company offer a product designed for installation and protection of flooring systems?  If so, we are looking for a sponsor to provide the product in our NWFA Exhibitor Demo Theater on the Trade Show floor.

Sponsor to provide two (20'x20') the product with company name or logo for recognition.  

The sponsor can provide a flyer or promotional item to be placed in attendee bags distributed at Registration. The cost of sponsored items and shipping costs is the responsibility of the sponsor. 

Multiple co-sponsorships available.

NWFA will manage the production of a notepad with the company logo and attached pen.  This item will be distributed to attendees who attend the Expo Education Sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.  NWFA staff will distribute items prior to each session.  

This item could be a co-sponsored option or just one sponsorship.  

The sponsor will provide the NWFA Marketing Team with a short message (max 150 characters) to be uploaded on the Mobile App.  A day and time for notification distribution will be determined one month before Expo by NWFA.
